Manage and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Assisting clients with tax planning
Supervising tax staff
Managing client relationships
Staying informed on tax law changes to ensure accurate and effective service delivery
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in tax return preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries
Knowledge of tax laws, compliance regulations, and tax planning strategies
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance; CPA designation strongly preferred
Previous experience in tax supervision or management roles
Strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships
