Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally and document their service requests
Accurately write, open, and manage service orders in the system
Prepare and provide service estimates based on customer requests and internal guidelines
Serve as a liaison between customers and service staff to ensure clear communication
Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding service status and timelines
Perform administrative tasks including filing, answering phones, data entry, record maintenance, and documentation accuracy
Maintain service records and ensure all required paperwork is complete and properly organized
Assist with scheduling services and coordinating workflow
Handle basic billing, invoicing, and payment processing as needed
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional service area
Support management with general office and administrative duties as assigned
