Experience in estimating and proposal preparation
Contract negotiation skills
Project oversight and controls (safety, quality, schedule, budget and cost)
Ability to prioritize safety and quality in all project phases
Ability to develop relationships with market influencers
Ability to prepare accurate bid designs, estimates, and proposals
Ability to drive innovation to improve productivity and reduce costs
Experience in schedule driven Project Management including change management
Preferred
4 years in construction and/or engineering field
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Team player with a positive attitude and desire to learn
