InternNXTPRO Sports is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to gain hands-on experience working alongside their media team. The intern will assist with content creation, organization, and engagement across NXTPRO’s social platforms while receiving guidance from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Assisting with publishing content across NXTPRO social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Facebook
Editing highlight clips from games, events, and interviews for social use
Creating short-form videos and reels using existing YouTube and event footage
Helping organize and maintain photo and video libraries in Google Drive, including proper labeling and tagging
Supporting the development of content calendars and brainstorming campaign ideas
Observing and assisting with community engagement, including comments and direct messages
Learning how to track and review performance analytics such as reach, engagement, and growth trends
Qualification
Required
Interest in sports, social media, and digital storytelling
Some familiarity with creating or managing social media content (personal, school, or team accounts)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic experience with video and/or photo editing tools
Awareness of trending sounds, hashtags, and platform best practices
Ability to manage tasks independently while meeting learning-based deadlines
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
CapCut or other mobile editing tools
Exposure to Meta Business Suite or platform analytics tools
Interest in platform-specific strategy for X and TikTok
Willingness to learn on-site content capture such as highlights or interviews
