Responsibilities

Create new CNC programs and modify existing ones to optimize production

Technical Analysis: Review drawings, blueprints, and design data to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates

Perform full machine setups and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts

Design fixtures and select cutting tools based on work-holding devices, material types, and machine limitations

Conduct first-article inspection reviews, resolve errors, and maintain accurate in-process quality records

Required

Demonstrated background in both CNC programming and machine operation
