Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the HR Department by providing administrative and clerical support across key HR functions.

Education

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment process for open positions, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Oversee the onboarding process by coordinating with supervisors to ensure thorough and welcoming position orientations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, databases, and files
Assist with HR projects, staff events, and organizational initiatives that support employee engagement and development

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of clerical experience or two years of college, or combination of both experience and education
Working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft and Google applications, Gmail, and databases
