Business Development Specialist
Office Furniture Warehouse is transforming commercial workspaces into high-performance environments and is seeking a Business Development Specialist. This role is crucial for managing the sales cycle, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, strategic selling plans, sale closure, and execution of work in conjunction working with other departments
Understand the client needs, craft tailored solutions, and educate OFW’s services
Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their business goals
Navigate pricing agreements with customers while ensuring satisfaction
Connect with prospective and existing customers via video meetings, email, phone, and online chat
Manage customers in the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
Build professional networks and partnerships
Log activities, meeting notes, and client data in HubSpot with diligence
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and continuously refine outreach strategies
Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process, addressing objections and ensuring client satisfaction
Handle objections proactively with skilled negotiations and a win-win approach
Identify and engage prospective customers, handle inbound sales lead calls and make outbound calls
Qualification
Required
Proficient and effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Ability to connect with customers of diverse backgrounds
Ability to think strategically through the sales process
Negotiation and closing skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online
Self-starter, accountable and reliable
Strong work ethic and problem-solving orientation
Able to work independently and as part of a team
1 year of customer facing, communication, sales experience desired

$50K Annual Base salary
First Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000–$120,000+
No Cap on commissions - Highest payout in the industry
