Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, execution, communication, and success measurement
Translate strategic goals into clear project plans, ensuring scope, ownership, and timelines are well-defined
Pilot, test, and evaluate AI-assisted workflows to drive automation, improve accuracy, and scale efficiency
Coordinate project contributors across multiple workstreams to ensure deadlines, dependencies, and quality standards are met
Build and maintain dashboards in MODE and Google Sheets to track milestones, risks, and performance visibility for leadership
Act as a cross-functional liaison between Product, Engineering, Strategy & Operations, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and progress on shared objectives
Create project documentation, rollout plans, and training materials to support adoption across operational teams
Communicate progress, outcomes, and learnings through clear storytelling and visual reporting that drives cross-team visibility
Capture learnings and identify opportunities to continuously improve how the Catalog Projects Team delivers scalable and measurable value
Qualification
Required
Strong project management discipline and ability to manage multiple initiatives with speed, clarity, and accountability
Ability to navigate cross-functional and matrixed teams effectively, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals and decisions
Excitement to pilot and integrate AI and automation solutions that enhance workflow performance and operational capability
Comfortable working with data tools such as Google Sheets, MODE, SQL, or Snowflake to inform decision-making and track progress
Effective communication across all levels, translating complex workflows or data into clear, actionable insights
Curiosity and persistence to uncover issues, ask the right questions, and maintain project clarity from start to finish
Ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments where experimentation and continuous improvement drive success
Promotion of a culture of inclusion, accountability, and recognition across collaborative workstreams
Preferred
Experience with project execution from planning through rollout, coordinating cross-functional contributors
Experience in building and maintaining dashboards in MODE and Google Sheets to track milestones, risks, and performance visibility
Experience in creating project documentation, rollout plans, and training materials to support adoption across operational teams
Experience in communicating progress, outcomes, and learnings through clear storytelling and visual reporting
