Regional Sales Manager

Thermatool is the leading supplier of high frequency welders for the tube and pipe industry. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned region, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

In-person sales visits to customer sites (50-100% travel)
Oversee field service personnel who serve your region and maintain contact with customers during maintenance projects
Prepare proposals for orders of standard and non-standard equipment
Develop a strong working knowledge of welding processes in order to serve as an industry thought leader
Utilize a CRM to track sales activities
Must be able to use computer software and web platforms (MS office, ERP, etc.)

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and drive team performance
5-10 years of sales experience with industrial products. Experience with thermal processing a plus
Basic relevant technical knowledge about electrical and mechanical equipment
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Must make us aware of any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields
