Responsibilities
Design fire sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and project specs
Produce detailed layouts using AutoCAD (Revit experience a plus)
Perform hydraulic calculations and material take-offs
Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and installers to ensure constructability
Review submittals, shop drawings, and as-builts
Assist with permitting and plan review submissions
Communicate with clients, contractors, and inspectors to resolve design issues
Qualification
Required
Design fire sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and project specs
Produce detailed layouts using AutoCAD

2+ years of fire sprinkler design experience
Strong knowledge of local fire codes
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator and collaborative team player
Preferred
NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems Layout
Revit experience a plus
