Required
Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to support day-to-day workflows effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact professionally with stakeholders
Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to streamline processes and address challenges effectively
Customer service expertise to provide high-quality interactions and responsiveness to inquiries
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred
Experience in non-profit or mission-driven organizations is a plus
