Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service for printing, shipping, packaging, and business services

Support daily operations, including opening and closing the center

Operate the point-of-sale system and manage register transactions

Sort and distribute mail to private mailbox holders

Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping customers at the center of everything they do

Provide excellent customer service for printing, shipping, packaging, and business services

Support daily operations, including opening and closing the center

Sort and distribute mail to private mailbox holders

Ability to safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs

Clear and professional communication—whether it's in person, over the phone, or by email

Take initiative, follow through, and thrive in a team environment

Preferred

Education: Associate's degree or higher (preferred)

Experience: 2–4 years in sales or customer service roles

Technical Skills: Comfortable using Adobe Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator — you may be asked to demonstrate your skills during the interview

License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
