Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from initial concept through final installation

Collaborate with clients to understand needs, present design concepts, and manage expectations with professionalism and creativity

Participate in client and builder communication and manage assigned portions of projects

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized

Conduct site visits, manage sourcing, custom millwork, and architectural integration

Create and oversee design presentations, drawings, FF&E specifications, and schedules

Provide space plans, materials, finishes, and furnishings

Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and budgets

Guide and manage project teams, including junior designers, assistants, and external consultants
