Responsibilities
Work directly with the VP of Sales to help engineering and product leaders select PromptLayer as the solution for building and maintaining their critical LLM-powered applications
Quickly understand customer system design and propose intuitive integrations that accelerate development while minimizing risk, security concerns, and developer overhead
Support post-sale onboarding and provide technical guidance to ensure strong adoption and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in a customer-facing technical role like Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
Strong skills designing Enterprise POCs, leading implementations, and ensuring post-sale adoption
Strong understanding of LLM applications, including prompts, agents, evaluation strategies, and observability
Confidence translating technical discovery and requirements into appealing implementation plans that complement existing infrastructure and architecture
Expert problem-solving instincts and customer empathy
Deep understanding of agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, or agent builder platforms
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering in production environments
Experience integrating SDKs, REST APIs, and webhooks into existing systems
Comfort providing coding guidance or execution as needed for implementation or support - most frequently in Python and JavaScript codebases
