The CSR will manage incoming calls, assist with scheduling and data entry, and provide administrative support to ensure a positive experience for patients and partners.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to patient, caregiver, and vendor inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner

Schedule and coordinate patient services and equipment deliveries

Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient and equipment records

Support field staff with administrative and scheduling needs

Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure continuity of care

Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable healthcare and company policies

Preferred

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred (may be waived for the right candidate)

Prior experience in Home Health Care and/or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred

Experience with patient scheduling and/or route scheduling preferred

Record management experience preferred
