Communications Coordinator
Ministry HR Group is seeking a Communications Coordinator who shares its vision for Great Commission ministry in hard-to-reach areas. The role involves managing day-to-day communications deliverables, executing logistics for various marketing channels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate the organization's mission and programs.

Responsibilities
Set up and deploy campaigns (upload content, segment lists, QA, test links)
Maintain the communications calendar, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and milestones
Support event communications logistics (coordination of attendee bios, presentation decks, app builds, collateral management)
Manage updates and postings to the secure website (news, events, videos, resources), conducting regular quality assurance reviews to identify outdated content, broken links, and accuracy issues
Coordinate with vendors (writer, designer, videographer) on timelines and deliverables
Manage the digital asset library (photos, videos, logos, templates)
Assist with production of print and digital collateral (proofing, formatting, ordering and publication)
Prepare and maintain internal documentation (style guide updates, templates, Asana and project management templates)
Track and compile monthly communications analytics reports (open rates, engagement stats)
Support webinar logistics (set up webinar instance and sign-up forms, upload content, manage platform, send reminders, assist with live webinars)
Maintain databases of bios, event rosters, constituent segments, and communication records (Salesforce accuracy)
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to deploy all messaging, including digital presence, Event Planning and Crisis Management initiatives
Manage relationships with all outside vendors, consultants, and contracted services related to communications
Qualification
Required
Proven communications and digital presence expertise
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Communications Coordinator role
High level of personal organization with capacity for multiple work streams at any given time and able to manage several large projects concurrently
Adaptable and flexible, able to pivot when necessary
Superior communication and presentation skills, proactive planner, and collaborator
High level of wisdom, judgment, and the ability to take initiative
Able to report progress and challenges on a regular basis
Able to support budgetary processes and deliver results on time, in budget
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Asana, and digital marketing systems
Broad technical skills and ability to learn new technology systems quickly
Willing to travel—domestic and international—up to 10% of time
A heart for evangelism, particularly in hard-to-reach areas
Agreement with the Statement of Faith (Lausanne Covenant)
