Guide the Founder and Managing Director on:
Which arbitrage structures work in 30–90+ day windows
How control is practically secured (options, rights, priority, enforcement)
Where arbitrage commonly fails
How to preserve speed, margin, and certainty
Help codify repeatable arbitrage playbooks based on lived experience
Define kill-criteria to stop false or slow arbitrage early
Guide the design of the arbitrage organization, including:
Core roles vs. non-essential roles
Seniority mix (no junior-heavy structures)
Decision rights and escalation paths
Deal committee structure and cadence
Ensure the organization is:
Lean
Senior
Fast
Outcome-driven
Prevent organizational drift toward:
Asset management
Bureaucracy
Consensus culture
Fee-based behavior
Guide the design of:
Deal-level participation structures
Outcome-based compensation
Zero-entitlement economics
Ensure incentives reward:
Control secured
Deals closed
Timelines compressed
Prevent equity leakage and misaligned participation
Chair governance across the arbitrage platform
Hold the Founder, CEO, and Deal Leaders accountable to:
Deal quality thresholds
Speed of execution

Ensure decision-making remains senior, decisive, and fast
Act as a senior protector of the Founder’s authority and vision
Step in when politics, hesitation, or external pressure threaten execution

Ensure long-term institutional value is not compromised for short-term optics
Apply your network only where you understand the arbitrage mechanics firsthand
Support deal flow and credibility through pattern-recognized opportunities—for example:
Helping structure partnerships where buyers pay a premium to secure earlier aircraft delivery by acquiring priority delivery positions from existing OEM allocation holders, rather than waiting years in standard manufacturer queues
Validate whether opportunities are real arbitrage or disguised speculation
Coach senior leaders using:
Pattern recognition
Cross-industry precedent
Firsthand wins and failures
Teach executives to think in terms of:
Bottlenecks vs. assets
Sequencing vs. ownership
Certainty vs. price
Coach without crossing into operational control
