Mid LevelSugarloaf is currently seeking internal applicants from the ski patrol team for the Hill Chief position. The Hill Chief is responsible for supervising the patrol team, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating daily on-hill operations.

Responsibilities
Supervise and direct patrol team during assigned shifts
Oversee daily trail openings and closures
Ensure proper hazard marking, padding, fencing, signage
Maintain readiness of patrol equipment, including toboggans, first aid supplies, and lift evacuation gear
Delegate and monitor completion of daily operations tasks
Adapt procedures and solve on-hill issues in real time
Maintain a visible patrol presence and uphold safety standards
Qualification
Required
strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in dynamic conditions
hands-on experience in ski patrol operations
