They are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to provide Tier I and Tier II technical assistance to team members and credit union members, while maintaining critical business IT services and supporting core banking software.

Responsibilities
Provide ongoing Tier I/II assistance to staff regarding computer systems, core banking software, and membership support issues
Perform scheduled processing of core banking software administrative tasks, including day/month/quarter-end processing
Investigate user problems to identify sources, determine solutions, and coordinate with third-party vendors to correct malfunctions
Assist with tracking and inventorying all IT assets and managing credit union vendor details
Assist with hardware and software upgrades and delegated IT projects
Utilize help desk tracking software and provide the leadership team with accurate, timely reports
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical staff at all organizational levels
Outstanding attention to detail with excellent time and project management skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. (file boxes, printers, etc.) and function in a standard business office environment
Preferred
Familiarity with current Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnetting)
Prior experience in a Financial Institution is highly preferred
CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ Certification is a plus
Understanding of the workflow requirements of complex application systems and the technology stacks that support them
