Responsibilities

Create meaningful relationships with clients and maximize sales through determining client needs, answering questions about products, and recommending solutions

Develop relationships and drive business across assigned territory

Support clients in the showroom and contribute to the overall client experience

Demonstrate competence in operational systems and understanding of seasonal message and merchandise assortment

Demonstrate understanding of RPI/Touchpoints process and impact

Provide excellent service and follow up on correspondence

Lead conversion at the company standard

Conduct appointments for new clients/newly assigned clients

Deliver presentations at a showroom level

Articulate the seasonal message while walking the showroom
