Finance Head – Asset Management (AI Data Operations)
Responsibilities
Define and structure high-value financial workflows such as:
Portfolio construction & optimization
Investment strategy formulation
Earnings & financial statement analysis
Performance benchmarking & attribution
Create challenging prompts to test LLM reasoning in:
Asset management
Investor relations
Portfolio and risk analysis
Design evaluation rubrics and “golden responses” to benchmark AI output quality
Define expected inputs, outputs, and measurable success criteria for AI evaluations
Evaluate AI performance across:
Trend identification
Risk–return tradeoffs
Asset allocation decisions
Financial logic consistency and explainability
Identify, curate, and annotate high-quality financial datasets , including:
SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, S-1, 8-K)
Earnings call transcripts
Investor presentations & research reports
Support data labeling and validation for AI model training and testing
Provide structured, domain-specific feedback to:
Improve AI accuracy and consistency
Reduce hallucinations in financial reasoning
Align model outputs with real-world investment logic
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Strategy, or Portfolio Management
Proven track record in earnings analysis, portfolio oversight, and investment modeling
Deep understanding of financial instruments, risk management, and market benchmarks
Strong analytical rigor — capable of breaking down complex processes into testable components
Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex financial insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience collaborating with data science or engineering teams (AI/ML exposure is a plus)
Hands-on experience with at least some of the following: AI / LLM modeling or evaluation, Prompt engineering for financial use cases, Designing rubrics, scoring frameworks, or golden responses, Data annotation or human-in-the-loop model evaluation, Using AI tools to support financial decision-making or optimization
Preferred
Candidates who have worked with major Finance or consulting groups, including: Berkshire Hathaway, JPMorgan Chase, Visa, Mastercard, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Charles Schwab, Citigroup
