Responsibilities
Provides reliable, high-quality customer support
Drive leads. Conduct lead-generation activities like local canvassing
Perform in-home consultations, and customer instruction on various window covering options and functionality, to provide estimates
Build and nurture strong networking relationships with new clients, existing clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders in the market
Responsible for maintaining, updating, and communicating client data, project status, and job details
Utilizes customer information, materials, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks
Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner
Maintain constant communication between all departments, as well as customers, on current work orders
Participate in regular sales meetings, webinars, and trainings
Arrive on time to work and any/all appointments and meeting
Qualification
Required
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
Strong working knowledge of common computer software including but not limited to: MS Outlook Word, Excel, and CRM programs
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
1+ years of experience in self-generated lead sales, commercial sales, or customer service
Very detail-oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including and understanding of basic grammar and writing
High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking
Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous Window Covering Sales/Service Experience Preferred, Not Required
Must be able to demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
Ability to follow policy and procedures
Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure
