Responsibilities

Proven experience with contract-driven billing for large, complex projects, including rate schedules, milestones, change orders, and client-specific invoicing requirements

Strong understanding of AR workflows, including invoice issuance, payment tracking, collections coordination, and dispute resolution

Experience supporting revenue tracking, billing reconciliation, and reporting in partnership with finance leadership

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, operations, and accounting to ensure accurate, timely billing and revenue recognition

Exposure to utility transmission & distribution (T&D) or similar infrastructure construction projects is strongly preferred

Demonstrated success improving billing and AR processes tied to EPC contracts, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and cycle-time reduction

Required

4–5+ years of billing and Accounts Receivable experience supporting EPC, construction, or project-based services organizations
