Developing hiring strategies, creating job descriptions, and overseeing the interview and selection process for new staff

Acting as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts, manage grievances, and facilitate open communication

Implementing systems for periodic employee reviews, setting Key Performance Indicators (KPls), and managing disciplinary procedures or terminations

Researching market pay rates to design competitive salary structures and overseeing the administration of health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks

Ensuring all workplace practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws (such as the Fair Labor Standards Act or OSHA) and maintaining accurate personnel records

Identifying skills gaps and organizing workshops, certifications, or leadership programs for ongoing staff growth

Consulting with top executives on long-term workforce planning, succession management, and organizational culture building

Required

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is standard
