Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of product managers in building our universe of data products covering our most used data for our data consumers; analysts, engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business partners

Transform the data experience for all of our customer personas across Small Business Bank

Shape local and partner roadmaps as we define shared capabilities that can be scaled across our line of business, and Enterprise

Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions

Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence

Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value, specifically within a modern data ecosystem (e.g., cloud-based data platforms, APIs, real-time data flows)

Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks, including those related to data quality, data governance, and data pipeline efficiency

Leads and develops cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment, championing data-driven decision making and fostering a culture of data literacy

Required

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management

At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
