Responsibilities
Own high-volume outbound prospecting: personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and call support targeting senior decision-makers at pharma, biotech, consulting, and investment firms
Research and build prospect lists weekly, maintaining consistent pipeline flow
Write compelling first-touch emails for high-value accounts and iterate on messaging based on what lands
Manage LinkedIn engagement across founder profiles (40K+ combined followers)
Own CRM hygiene: logging activity, tagging accounts, triaging responses
Contribute to refining our ICP, sequencing, and qualification criteria as we learn
Qualification
Required
Exceptional written communication at volume: clear, sharp, personalized
You're energized by outbound work, not enduring it until you get promoted
Fast and detail-oriented with high volume without sacrificing quality
Comfortable with ambiguity; you'd rather build the process than inherit one
Curious about life sciences (bio background not required)
Based in Boston or relocating; this is in-person
Preferred
Prior SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience preferred, but results matter more than years
