Symhas is a next-generation Oracle consulting firm specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and Cloud transformation solutions. They are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale SAP to Oracle E-Business Suite transformation for a global manufacturing client, managing a complex program with over 30 project managers, architects, and business leads.

Responsibilities

Own overall program governance, delivery, and execution for SAP to Oracle EBS transformation
Lead and coordinate 30+ PMs, solution architects, functional leads, and business stakeholders
Drive integrated planning across Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, WIP
Establish and run SteerCo, PMO cadence, RAID, dependencies, and critical path
Manage system cutover, data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live readiness
Act as the primary escalation point for executives and business leadership
Ensure alignment between business transformation goals and ERP execution
Manage vendors, SIs, and offshore/onshore delivery teams
Enforce program standards, KPIs, and delivery discipline

Required

15+ years in ERP delivery with large enterprise transformation programs
Proven experience leading SAP to Oracle EBS or major ERP replacement programs
Strong manufacturing domain expertise (plants, inventory, BOM, WIP, costing)
Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-geography teams at scale
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong background in program governance, PMO, and risk management

Preferred

Prior experience in global manufacturing or industrial enterprises
Oracle EBS (R12) functional understanding across core modules
Experience working with Big-4 / Tier-1 SIs
PMP / PgMP / SAFe / equivalent certifications preferred
