Responsibilities
Lead moderate to large teams in driving complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction
Understand complex environments and partner with Product and Tech leadership to develop enterprise-wide stakeholder updates, decision-driving materials, and communications
Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget within challenging environments while simultaneously managing risk
Partner cross-functionally with project customers, offering strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
At least 3 Years of People Management experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
6+ years of Project Management experience
4+ years of People Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
