Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of Oracle FCCS solutions in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
Develop and maintain detailed technical design documents, solution blueprints, and architecture specifications
Oversee end-to-end configuration and deployment of Oracle FCCS modules
Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions
Lead FCCS implementation initiatives from planning through go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members and stakeholders
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training to strengthen internal FCCS capabilities
Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and performance optimization for Oracle FCCS solutions
Ensure system integrity, security, compliance, and reliability across environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Oracle FCCS Certification (required)
Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing Oracle FCCS solutions, including a minimum of five (5) full FCCS implementation cycles
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes
Demonstrated success leading FCCS projects in complex environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High level of professionalism, integrity, and personal accountability, contributing to a respectful and inclusive work environment
