Responsibilities
Function as technical SME on implementation of major projects
Support Operation Management Systems in STO Computer Operation department
Responsible for system development and vendor implementation efforts, from project initiation through post implementation support
Follow and enforce the departments change management process to ensure timing of the changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems
Work on all aspects of new applications development as well as vendor systems implementations: planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, training, implementation, and on-going technical support
Work on day-to-day support of existing applications, problem solving, and issues resolution
Promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools and follow procedures
Qualification
Required
Technical SME on implementation of major projects
