Responsibilities

Build the infrastructure and systems that power our AI agents
Work across the stack—from data pipelines and analytics to real-time agent systems
Shipping features that directly impact how our customers operate
Own problems end-to-end: figuring out the right approach, building it, and iterating based on what you learn
Make sound technical decisions
Ship reliably
Help set the bar for code quality and system design
Collaborate with a team of other great engineers who care about quality

Qualification

Required

Have 6+ years building backend systems, ideally at companies where reliability and scale mattered
Are comfortable with ambiguity—you can take a loosely-defined problem and figure out what to build
Are ok to jump into unfamiliar parts of the codebase when that's what the problem requires
Write clean code and care about getting the details right, but also know when to ship
Want to work on hard problems with a small team where your work has obvious impact
Are excited about AI agents and the infrastructure challenges that come with running them in production
