SecondSun Live is building a premium live music and culture platform, focusing on world-class production and hospitality. The Head of Partnerships and Revenue will be responsible for owning the full revenue plan, building partnerships, and leading a lean partnerships team to drive commercial success.

Responsibilities

Own the full revenue plan across sponsorships, brand partnerships, VIP and hospitality monetization, strategic alliances, and commercial programming
Build and close a pipeline of anchor partners across beverage, payments, travel, auto, fashion, lifestyle, tech, and luxury
Create partnership packages that feel premium and integrated, stage moments, content, onsite activations, and measurable value
Lead pricing, negotiation, contracting, and renewal strategy, and keep deals clean and enforceable
Build relationships with agencies, brand decision makers, and regional leaders, and become the point person they trust
Coordinate tightly with talent, production, and marketing so partnerships enhance the show and do not cheapen the brand
Own forecasting, pacing, and weekly reporting, and bring discipline around targets and close probability
Recruit and lead a lean partnerships team over time, plus agencies and contractors as needed

Required

8 plus years in partnerships, sponsorship, or revenue leadership in live events, festivals, touring, sports, nightlife, or premium experiential platforms
Proven track record closing 6 and 7 figure deals
Strong network across brands and agencies, with the ability to activate relationships quickly
High taste and brand judgment, you can say no and protect the platform
Strong negotiation and contract comfort, you know how to structure deliverables and avoid future disputes
Builder mindset, you are hands on, accountable, and fast

Preferred

Experience with premium hospitality, VIP tables, cabanas, suites, travel packages
Experience with multi city rollouts, global partner programs, or international expansion
Familiarity working with major promoters, agencies, or top tier venues
