Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and billing
Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service via phone, email, and in person
Identify cross-sell opportunities
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and general policy management
Educate clients on available coverage options and provide guidance tailored to their needs
Work closely with agents and team to ensure seamless client experiences
Process documentation, maintain accurate records, and manage client accounts efficiently
Support claims handling by guiding clients through the claims process and liaising with carriers
Identify opportunities for coverage improvements and additional insurance solutions
Maintain a thorough understanding of carrier guidelines, underwriting rules, and industry regulations
Uphold the agency’s commitment to extraordinary service and customer satisfaction

Required
