Qualification
Required
2+ years of Service Advisor experience (Ford or domestic brand experience is a big plus!)
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
A people person with outstanding communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
