They are seeking a driven and polished Business Development & Growth Intern to help expand their pipeline through outreach, relationship-building, and premium partnerships.

Responsibilities
LinkedIn outreach to high-income parents + referral sources
Instagram outreach to parent/student communities
Reddit community participation (value-first, no spam)
Follow-up management and warm lead nurturing
Identify and outreach to premium ecosystem partners such as: private athletic coaches (tennis/padel/golf), test prep/tutoring companies, educational psychologists/testing centers, wealth ecosystem partners (CPAs, wealth advisors, estate planning firms), international school communities + expat networks
Maintain a simple CRM tracker: outreach → reply → warm lead → booked intro call
Weekly KPIs: 80 new outreach touches/week, 25 follow-ups/week, 10 reply-based conversations/week, 5 qualified leads/week added to tracker, 2 booked intro calls/week (goal after initial ramp-up), 10 new partner prospects/week, 1 partnership call booked/month, Weekly growth report every Friday
