Responsibilities
Lead by example and collaborate with colleagues
Conduct various formal assessments
Write and implement high quality treatment plans and positive behavior support plans
Train, mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s)
Collect, review and utilize data for treatment decisions
Provide monthly education opportunities to families and caregivers
Work collaboratively as a member of a team
Use electronic medical record/ practice management applications
Qualification
Required
Current BCBA certificate with at least two years of experience working in either a clinic-based or home-based ABA Practice
Current NC licensure, or eligibility to apply for this status
Extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disability and behavior challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder
Proficiency with conducting various formal assessments (i.e. VB Mapp, The Vineland, PEAK, etc.)
Experience writing and implementing high quality treatment plans and positive behavior support plans
A passion for training, mentoring and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's)
Ability to collect, review and utilize data for treatment decisions
Commitment to providing monthly education opportunities to families and caregivers
Sincere interest in working collaboratively as a member of a team
Proof of completion for the BACB's 8-hour Supervision Course for BCBA's
Preferred
Experience using electronic medical record/ practice management applications (Central Reach preferred)
