Responsibilities
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and stakeholders
Develop and execute sales strategies, win plans, and business models for digital and automation solutions
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for defined digital offerings
Identify target customers and develop structured engagement plans
Lead automation and digital solution sales initiatives
Qualify, screen, and categorize customer interactions and opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities and propose solution enhancements
Analyze pricing structures and recommend pricing models
Collaborate with local and global sales teams and factory resources
Partner with Sales Areas on forecasting, marketing activities, and system accuracy
Contribute to business development planning and execution across the matrix organization
Maintain an up-to-date, fact-based understanding of market and competitor activity
Deliver results in line with defined targets
Provide technical and value-based sales expertise to maximize short- and long-term growth
Support product launches, customer forums, expos, and marketing initiatives
Ensure adherence to QAR, CAR, discount management, and business case approval processes
Support trials, rentals, and pilot programs, ensuring contracts, KPIs, and governance are followed
Contribute to demand planning activities
Build trust quickly with customers and internal stakeholders
Establish strong working relationships across Sales Areas and backline teams
Operate effectively in a matrix organization with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization
Develop and manage opportunity pipelines
Drive order intake and invoicing performance
Maintain high forecast accuracy
Maintain strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and industry challenges
Ensure high customer satisfaction through value delivery, performance, and reliability
Proactively manage feedback, issues, and resolution
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain direct relationships
