Junior Graphic Designer
Philadelphia Phillies is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support their creative team in enhancing the brand across various channels. The role involves collaborating with designers to create on-brand assets for marketing and social media, while adhering to brand guidelines and staying updated on design trends.

Responsibilities
Design and produce on-brand assets for:
Social media content
Marketing campaigns across social, digital, out-of-home, and print
Seasonal promotions and special events
In-ballpark signage, sponsorships and community initiatives
Short and long-form video
Adhere to and continue to build from a structured brand guide
Organize working files, exports, and assets within shared systems and servers
Collaborate closely with designers, motion designers, social, and marketing teams to meet deadlines
Stay up to date on design trends in sports, entertainment, and social content and bring fresh visual ideas to the team
Assist with file prep and print production
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of professional design experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field—or a relevant certification combined with equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Lightroom a plus)
Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
A portfolio that demonstrates clean, thoughtful design and an eye for brand consistency
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including nights, weekends, and game days
Preferred
Experience designing for social media content
Basic knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools
Familiarity with motion graphics or editing software (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus
Passion for baseball, sports, and the Philadelphia Phillies brand
