Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all production floor labor activities
Prioritize and sequence client mailings to ensure on-time delivery
Supervise production lines and delegate work to maintain machine uptime and efficiency
Ensure appropriate staffing levels, training, and performance management
Supervise 15–25 employees, including permanent and temporary staff
Receive materials into the warehouse and distribute them to the production floor
Sign off on all jobs, including material, media, and indicia verification
Ensure operators receive proper technical and ISO training
Oversee and understand mail industry production equipment, including: Bindery, Insertion, Postal sort equipment
Track and prioritize MustMail and hot jobs, ensuring deadlines are met
Pull and coordinate jobs from supporting areas (Print Room, Forms, Inkjet, Scheduling)
Help meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a warehouse or production environment
3+ years of supervisory experience
Strong understanding of production workflows and labor management
Availability for flexible scheduling, overtime, and weekends as required
