Panacea Health Corp is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join their team at Riverstreet Manor. The role involves overseeing various HR functions including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment regulations.

Hospital & Health Care

Responsibilities

Performance management and improvement systems
Organization development and training in support of organizational directives
Management of Employment and compliance/ regulatory concerns
Employee staffing, orientation, development, and training
Policy implementation and education
Employee relations including direction of the employee engagement committee
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health management including management of location Workers Compensation and Unemployment programs

Required

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development
Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen

Preferred

Previous experience with Unions highly preferred
Two (2) plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions preferably in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred
