This role provides primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools and involves responsibilities such as Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management, and Project Management.

Responsibilities
Provide primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus solutions, Tanium, and AGPM
Support managed and non-managed desktops, laptops, mobile computing devices, and communication devices across multiple locations
Perform Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment, including servers and desktops
Extensive experience with MECM, including inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting in an enterprise environment
Strong expertise with Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory
Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint
Solid troubleshooting skills across LAN and WAN environments
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining an enterprise MECM/SCCM environment
Experience with Azure and Intune (MDM and MAM) supporting Windows and Apple devices
Knowledge of enterprise antivirus and firewall solutions
Experience with BitLocker and endpoint security/anti-malware tools in enterprise environments
Working knowledge of third-party patch management tools for non-Microsoft applications
Ability to manage timelines, resources, and personnel (internal staff and contractors)
Proven ability to lead implementation efforts through successful completion
Experience supporting systems within a large-scale enterprise environment
