Customer Service Representative

Qualification
Required
Strong skills and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in managing and improving Customer Experience
Ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships as a Customer Service Representative
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and related tools is an advantage
