Director, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Compliance
SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Compliance to lead compliance initiatives in AI technologies. The role involves managing risks associated with AI, developing compliance programs, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Deep understanding of AI-related laws, regulations, and ethical standards (e.g., data privacy laws)
Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements to technical environments
Skilled in conducting risk assessments for AI systems
Proficient in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies
Experience creating and maintaining AI governance frameworks and compliance programs
Strong documentation and policy drafting capabilities
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, data governance, and model lifecycle management
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
Competence in designing and executing compliance audits for AI systems
Analytical skills to monitor performance and adherence to standards
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Ability to act as liaison between legal, technical, and business teams
Capability to develop and deliver compliance training programs
Strong advocacy for ethical AI practices and organizational culture building
Ability to anticipate regulatory changes and adapt compliance frameworks
Forward-looking approach to emerging AI risks and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Healthcare Management or related field required
7+ years leadership experience in related field required
In depth experience with AI compliance frameworks, principles and best practices required
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and ethical considerations required
