Responsibilities
Performing final inspection of parts according to established inspection criteria
Calibration of inspection, measuring and testing equipment
Performing manual inspections correctly and accurately
Proficient use of computer driven and automated inspection equipment
Compliance with all safety and health regulations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Basic knowledge of Inspection procedures including: prints/drawings, critical dimension and tolerances
Basic knowledge of manual inspection equipment: micrometers, calipers, comparators
Proficient in reading drawings, prints and understanding inspection criteria
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Detail-oriented with a good work ethic
Possess good basic math skills
Takes pride in assisting with the production of high quality American-made products
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to work in a team
Preferred
Mechanically inclined or have past Quality Control experience
Trade school or prior machining experience
