Energy Job Search is seeking an Industrial Engineering Specialist who will be responsible for departmental operations planning and execution within a technical discipline. The role involves organizing and leading projects, developing advanced competency in industrial engineering methods, and improving workflow through analysis and modifications.

Responsibilities

Organize and lead projects related to new premises, factory buildings, rehabilitation, new equipment, lay-out, renovations and optimization. Manage capital investments. Includes Advanced Manufacturing Engineers, New product introduction (NPI) and NPI Manufacturing Engineers
Develop advanced competency in wide range of Industrial Engineering Methods and Lean tools, and coaches associates in the use and implementation of FLIGHT DECK/LEAN principles and behaviors
Improves workflow by studying process flow charts, recommending modifications in workflow and workstations, and developing new procedures
Develop and manage the industrial project timeline, and ensure the tasks are accomplished timely
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others
Uses technical skills and analytical thinking to align and work with cross functional teams to solve complex problems
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues

Required

Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing Experience)
Minimum of 3 years of Lean and/or Industrial Engineering experience

Preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
