Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution
Provide practical legal guidance in a fast‑paced environment
Independently handle a substantial portfolio of finance matters
Qualification
Required
Active bar license, in good standing, in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia
Background in real estate finance
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
Experience supporting a busy transactional practice
Preferred
Experience with multifamily finance (e.g., agency lending programs)
Prior large-firm or sophisticated in-house experience
