eTeam is seeking a Sr. Automation QA Analyst to join their development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through automated testing and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

Planning reliability tests and conducting analyses of field failures while developing and administering reliability information systems for failure analysis and performance improvement

Identifying quality or service-related issues. Reporting and communicating them to other departments and prioritizing as required for containment, correction, and prevention

Conducting or coordinating root cause analysis and reliability testing; analyzing and communicating results and recommendations

Leading internal audit projects; conducting the implementation of inspection techniques and providing training and coaching to others

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)

Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies

Collaborate with development teams in a CI/CD environment using Git for version control

Perform database testing using SQL queries and validate data integrity

Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures

Lead and participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation

Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)

Working knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines

Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries

Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems

Preferred

7+ years of QA experience

Experience with performance testing tools

Knowledge of API testing frameworks

Experience with AWS cloud platform
