File objections and rebuttals
Conduct discovery, including document production and inspection

Participate in a citywide rotation of night and weekend court assignments in the juvenile delinquency unit
Attend community events and meetings in the evening and weekend hours
Qualification
Required
Admitted attorney
Minimum of two years litigation experience
Ability to prepare and present petitions to establish paternity and child support
Ability to appear on and defend applications for modification of previously established orders
Ability to prepare and present enforcement matters
Ability to file and respond to motions
Ability to file objections and rebuttals
Ability to conduct discovery, including document production and inspection
Ability to prepare memorandum of law
Ability to interview clients and witnesses
Ability to negotiate settlements
Ability to conduct hearings and trials
Willingness to work on cases and other responsibilities in the evening and weekend hours
Participation in a citywide rotation of night and weekend court assignments
Willingness to attend community events and meetings in the evening and weekend hours
Ability to work from home under the specified programs after orientation
