Responsibilities
Develop and implement organizational change management and communications strategies
Lead projects aligned to business objectives within Technology
Consult with product teams to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives
Create, maintain, and execute targeted communication and enablement plans
Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals, timelines, and deliverables
Draft, review, and distribute change-related communications content
Analyze stakeholder feedback and recommend agile updates to change strategies
Identify potential disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation plans
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated change management skills, including communication and enablement planning
Skilled problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities
5+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, or Communications
Demonstrated change and program management capabilities
Ability to develop actionable change plans and project plans
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to assess situations and provide direction
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong oral, written, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills (negotiation/persuasion)
Experience working on Agile teams
Comfort operating in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities
Ability to partner professionally with leadership, staff, and vendors at all levels
Preferred
Ability to analyze outputs and define success metrics / measure outcomes
Experience creating and editing modern SharePoint pages
Understanding of social media communication dynamics
Experience using data and analytics for insights
Workshop facilitation and training development experience
