Responsibilities

Design and develop modern applications using .NET Core in C#, MVC, and Entity Framework Core
Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure including App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, and Logic Apps
Build and enhance applications using Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Integrate .NET, Power Platform, SharePoint, CRM, and Dynamics 365 solutions
Lead cloud modernization initiatives including migration planning, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code
Ensure performance, security, scalability, and best practices for Azure-based enterprise systems
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality, maintainable solutions aligned with agency goals

Qualification

Required

7 or more years of experience with .NET development and Azure application design
Strong knowledge of Azure architectural patterns, security, and DevOps concepts
Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and containerized deployments using Docker or Kubernetes
Experience working with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environment

Preferred

Azure Solutions Architect certification or equivalent preferred
